Our process begins with assessing the extent of the damage. Your furniture is then blocked off and padding placed underneath permanent pieces so as not leave lasting stains. We remove all excess water so we can better detect the amount of moisture within the carpet. High powered air movers are brought in to decrease the drying time. If needed, we may detach the carpet to dry the underlying padding, as well. We then bring in our dehumidification equipment. After all moisture is removed, an anti-microbial is applied to protect against microbial growth. Then we begin the process of mildew and odor control, de-odorizing, and finally carpet repair and/or re-installation.
